Over the last several years, this offence has been hindered by poor quarterback play, but with Howell’s underappreciated rushing abilities, it’s a very good place for a QB to land if he can merely be passable. Although he’s hardly a burner, he was a successful runner in college and, if the stars align, he may be a respectable streaming quarterback.
